Shopping at a store Take your phone with you to the shops and when it’s time to pay, tap “Pay” in the MoreTyme section of your TymeBank app. Depending on the type of till you’re at, you’ll either scan a barcode or show a QR code to the teller.
Online or in-store, as long as you have enough available to spend, the 1st payment will happen instantly and the goods are yours to take home. Your next 2 payments come off your account after 30 days and 60 days respectively.

eturns are subject to the store’s return policy. Please get in touch with the retailer if there is something wrong with the goods you purchased. Once a refund has been processed by the retailer, it will come through to us and we will make the appropriate adjustment to your MoreTyme payment plan.
Yes. When you open MoreTyme, you’ll see an amount at the top of the screen – that amount tells you how much you can spend at any given time, irrespective of whether you have an active purchase or not.
You don’t need to worry about that. The payments will automatically come off your TymeBank EveryDay account on the due dates.
The first payment (a third of the purchase price) happens immediately as you buy it at the till point. Your next two payments of a third of the purchase price each will be automatically deducted after 30 days and then again 60 days after the day of purchase. As long as there’s enough in your account to cover the payments on the due dates, you won’t pay a cent more than the original purchase price.
